· Check that all documents are correct and complete, and that nothing is missing.

· Transfer of all documents to the relative bodies : Estate Agency – Notaire.

Package 2

 

· Collection of all documents needed for the property purchase.

· Check that all documents are correct and complete, and that nothing is missing.

· Transfer of all documents to the relative bodies : Estate Agency – Notaire.

· Pre-reading (by us only) of the Compromis de Vente (initial contract) and Acte de Vente (final deeds). You will receive our notes and opinion on the contracts, and advice on any amendments we think should be made.

Package 3

· Transfer of all documents to the relative bodies : Estate Agency – Notaire.

· Pre-reading of the Compromis de Vente (initial contract) and Acte de Vente (final deeds). You will receive our notes and opinion on the contracts, and advice on any amendments we think should be made.

· Translation of all correspondance : e-mails to and from the Estate Agent – Notaire – Vendor – Mairie and any other bodies involved in the process.

· Presence and verbal translation at the signings of the Compromis de Vente (initial contract) and Acte de Vente (final deeds). Or signing for you under proxy.
