The process of selling a property in France can be complicated, which can be more difficult if you don't speak or understand the language.

This includes liaising with estate agents, legal representatives and other third parties, checking documents, organizing diagnostic reports  and providing help every step of the way until the completion of the sale. We can even translate correspondence and be there at the signing of the sales documents.

 

If you are a property owner not resident in France, we can help. We have many years of experience handling the administration of property sales for non-resident owners. Nowadays, especially after the pandemic, most of the work can be done online, which means you don't even have to be here in France to complete the sale, so we can take care of everything for you without you having to travel.

Package 1

· Collection of all documents needed for the property sale.

· Check that all documents are correct and complete, and that nothing is missing.

· Organisation of diagnostics* (lead, asbestos, electrics, energy rating…) and drainage report (septic tank or mains drainage check).

· Transfer of all documents to the relative bodies : Estate Agency – Notaire.

Price : 189€ TTC

 

*Should you wish for us to be present at the diagnostic appointment, we can provide you with a quote for this.

 

Package 2

· Collection of all documents needed for the property sale.

· Check that all documents are correct and complete, and that nothing is missing.

· Organisation of diagnostics (lead, asbestos, electrics, energy rating…) and drainage report (septic tank or mains drainage check).

· Transfer of all documents to the relative bodies : Estate Agency – Notaire.

· Pre-reading of the Compromis de Vente (initial contract) and Acte de Vente (final deeds). You will receive our notes and opinion on the contracts, and advice on any amendments we think should be made.

Price : 309€ TTC

 

Package 3

· Collection of all documents needed for the property sale.

· Check that all documents are correct and complete, and that nothing is missing.

· Organisation of diagnostics (lead, asbestos, electrics, energy rating…) and drainage report (septic tank or mains drainage check).

· Transfer of all documents to the relative bodies : Estate Agency – Notaire.

· Pre-reading of the Compromis de Vente (initial contract) and Acte de Vente (final deeds). You will receive our notes and opinion on the contracts, and advice on any amendments we think should be made.

· Translation of all correspondance : e-mail to and from the Estate Agent – Notaire – Vendor – Mairie and any other bodies involved in the process.

· Presence and verbal translation at the signings of the Compromis de Vente (initial contract) and Acte de Vente (final deeds) or signing for you under proxy.
